Patent For Fortification
We at Jairaj Group along with National Agriculture & Food Analysis & Research Institute, NAFARI, are excited to share our groundbreaking technology for the fortification of food grains.
The process of fortification adds micronutrients to rice, namely: iron, folic acid and vitamin B12 and others.
Fortification is an evidence-informed intervention that contributes to the prevention, reduction and control of micronutrient deficiencies. It can be used to correct a demonstrated micronutrient deficiency in the general population.
Fortification is a practice of deliberately increasing the content of one or more micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) in a food or condiment to improve its nutritional quality.
Since 2017, we have collaborated with NAFARI to fortify food grains and are now ready to meet the global demand for this vital product equipped with the patent awarded to us. It showcases the excellence and innovation of our research and development team, who worked tirelessly to create a solution that addresses the issue of micronutrient deficiencies in grains. Through this patent, we aim to make a positive impact on human health and well-being.
